Sample marketing plan: Christmas at St. Andrew

Christmas at St. Andrew was a collaborative effort among St. Andrew ministry leaders to bring Christmas joy to North Texas throughout December 2020.  Marketing involved targeted advertising and storytelling to invite our community to the experiences.

EVENTS

St. Andrew United Methodist Church hosted Journey of Lights, which included a light show in the creek in the middle of campus.

JOURNEY OF LIGHTS
Dec. 11-20, 2020

Journey of Lights immersed guests in Christmas environments throughout campus, including a 30-minute light show, photo-ops in a snow village, and a gentle nativity scene.

DRIVE-IN CONCERTS
Dec. 20 & 21, 2020

Drive-in concerts treated audiences to two different styles—one night featuring Handel's Messiah, and the next with Imperial Brass big band playing live, family favorites.

CANDLELIGHT SERVICES
Dec. 22-24, 2020

We returned for the culmination of the Advent season through live, online, and drive-in services. Together we joined for hymns and the singing of Silent Night by candlelight.
